We have the Best Service Rates in the area and offer Service, Repairs, and Upgrades on all makes of computers, AND offer service and repairs on LAPTOPS. Most jobs are done at a flat rate, ranging from $65 to $90. And, we offer a FREE ESTIMATES of your computer's problem when you check in at our service desk. And, unlike most so-called 'Service Centers' at other stores, instead of keeping your PC for 3 to 5 WEEKS, our typical time to have your PC serviced is ONLY 3 to 5 DAYS !!!  We offer Priority Service as well, for emergency work on your Business PC with options for Same Day, or Next Day repairs, at a priority service rate.

On Site Service is offered to Business Customers for repairs, networking ( for both hard-wired and wireless installation and trouble-shooting ), and Internet Firewall Solutions, etc.

We are celebrating our 15th Year in Business and have a highly trained staff or technicians who know what they are doing. We can fix your computer problem and do it right, the first time, and the best rate anywhere !

CHECK IN POLICY - PLEASE READ!!! We cannot diagnose or check in a PC or laptop unless checked in 15 minutes prior to our posted closing time. We do not allow customers to simply 'drop off' their computer - because of liability issues we must do a quick analysis of your problem with you present. This usually takes about 15 minutes. Please allow yourself adequate time for this process. We prefer that YOU drop off and pick up your own computer system. If you send someone else in with your system please be sure they are familiar with what your problem is. If someone other than you will be picking up your computer they will need your drop off ticket (invoice) that was given to you on check-in in order to pick up your PC. Credit cards and checks require matching ID with card/check holder present.

Also please be advised that our insurance does NOT allow us to open our store before or after our posted business hours. Please do not ask us to make exceptions to these rules.
