Most jobs are done at a flat rate, ranging from $65 to $95. And, we offer FREE ESTIMATES of your computer's problem when you check in at our service desk. We clean and remove VIRUS and SPYWARE problems, and we include a FREE AntiVirus Program with all service jobs. And, unlike most so-called 'Service Centers' at other stores, instead of keeping your PC for 3 to 5 WEEKS, our typical time to have your PC serviced is ONLY 3 to 5 DAYS !!! Please don’t fall for the on-line 'cleanup services' you see advertised on TV! Of all we have actually tested, most offer very little in solving problems, over-charge for what they do, and load software onto your system that makes it run slower.
We offer advanced Laptop Repairs such as LCD screen replacement and broken power jack repair - at the best repair prices in the area. And, we sell Power Adapters/ Chargers and Laptop Batteries at better prices than the big box stores.
We offer Priority Service as well, for emergency work on your business PC with options for same day, or next day repairs, at a priority service rate.
On Site Service is offered to Business Customers for repairs, networking (for both hard-wired and wireless installation and trouble-shooting), and Internet Firewall Solutions, etc. We offer several great On Site Options for all our Business Customers such as our yearly preventive maintenace plan for a complete check-up/ tune up of all your office systems. Avoid downtime by having your problems diagnosed and repaired BEFORE they can happen.

CHECK IN POLICY - PLEASE READ!!! We cannot diagnose or check in a PC or laptop unless checked in 15 minutes prior to our posted closing time. We do not allow customers to simply 'drop off' their computer - because of liability issues we must do a quick analysis of your problem with you present. This usually takes about 15 minutes. Please allow yourself adequate time for this process. We prefer that YOU drop off and pick up your own computer system. If you send someone else in with your system please be sure they are familiar with what your problem is. If someone other than you will be picking up your computer they will need your drop off ticket (invoice) that was given to you on check-in in order to pick up your PC. Credit cards and checks require matching ID with card/check holder present. Also please be advised that our insurance does NOT allow us to open our store before or after ourposted business hours. Please do not ask us to make exceptions to these rules.
